288tt Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 288tt. By accessing, browsing, or using any feature of this platform — including creating an account, making deposits, placing sports bets, playing casino games, participating in promotions, or any other available activity — you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree, without reservation, to all terms and conditions described herein.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and 288tt. If you disagree with any provision of this document, stop using the platform immediately and do not proceed with registration.

Acceptance of these terms is a mandatory condition for using all services provided by 288tt. Simply completing registration or taking any action on the platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the rules set out herein.

2. Eligibility

To create an account and use the services of 288tt, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Not be under an active self-exclusion period on 288tt or another recognized self-exclusion program in Brazil.
• Be fully legally competent, as defined by the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002).
• Not have had an account previously closed for terms violations at 288tt.

A 288tt reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time to verify compliance with eligibility criteria. Providing false information during registration or at any point thereafter will result in immediate account closure and cancellation of any pending balances.

3. Registration & Account

Each user may hold only one active account on 288tt. Creating duplicate accounts, even with different details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation subject to immediate closure and balance retention pending investigation.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Required details include: full legal name as it appears on your official ID, CPF, date of birth, valid email address, and a personal password.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. 288tt is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from password sharing, use of public devices without properly logging out, or any other negligence by the user regarding their account security.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 288tt via live chat or by email at suporte@288tt.net. The platform may temporarily suspend the account while the matter is under investigation.

4. Deposits

A 288tt accepts deposits exclusively through Brazilian payment methods. Available options include: Pix, boleto bancário, credit or debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers from institutions such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit amount, though transactions above a certain threshold may be subject to additional review in accordance with internal anti-money laundering policies at 288tt.

Pix deposits are credited instantly. Bank slip (boleto bancário) deposits are subject to standard bank processing times, which may take up to 3 business days. Credit card deposits are approved according to the card issuer's policies.

• Every deposit must be made from an account held in the name of the registered user on 288tt.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be automatically returned.
• A 288tt does not charge deposit fees to users — any intermediary processing fees are absorbed by the platform.
• If a technical failure occurs during a deposit, please contact support with your transaction receipt so the issue can be resolved.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at 288tt is R$ 50.00. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the bank account or Pix key held in the name of the registered user. 288tt does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The recommended and fastest withdrawal method is Pix, with processing in up to 10 minutes after the request is approved, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays and weekends.

The following may be required to approve a withdrawal:

• Full identity verification (KYC) with a government-issued ID and proof of address.
• Confirmation that the bonus rollover requirement has been met, where applicable.
• Validation that the Pix key provided belongs to the registered user.

A 288tt reserves the right to hold and investigate withdrawal requests that show signs of fraudulent activity, bonus manipulation, or violation of these Terms and Conditions. During the investigation, the balance remains frozen until the review is complete.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

A 288tt offers bonuses and promotions on a regular basis, including a welcome bonus on the first deposit, bonus reloads, slots tournaments, and boosted odds on special sporting events. Each promotion has its own specific terms described on the corresponding page.

The general conditions that apply to all bonuses at 288tt are:

• Every bonus comes with a rollover requirement — the amount that must be wagered before the bonus balance can be converted to real funds and withdrawn. The rollover requirement for each promotion is described on its respective bonus page.
• Welcome bonuses are valid for new users only — those who have never made a deposit on the platform.
• Each bonus has an expiry date. Unused bonus balances that are not played through within the allotted time are automatically cancelled without further notice.
• Not all games contribute equally toward rollover requirements. Sports Betting, slots, and other products may carry different weights, as specified in each promotion's terms.
• A 288tt reserves the right to cancel bonuses granted based on incorrect registration details or where promotional abuse is suspected.

7. Sports Betting

A 288tt offers pre-game and live Sports Betting across more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and major European leagues), volleyball, basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA/UFC, tennis, e-sports, and more.

The following rules apply to all Sports Betting on 288tt:

• A bet is considered valid and binding at the moment it is confirmed on the platform and the amount is debited from the user's balance.
• Bets cannot be unilaterally cancelled by the user after confirmation, except where the cash out feature is available and within the applicable timeframe.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or interrupted before the outcome is determined, all related bets will be refunded at odds of 1.00 (the full staked amount returned).
• Postponed events that take place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time are considered valid for settlement purposes.
• Obvious odds entry errors — values clearly outside normal market range — will be corrected and bets will be settled at the correct odds or refunded.
• A 288tt reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount per event or per specific market, at its sole operational discretion.

Live betting is subject to technical availability and event broadcast conditions. Live markets may occasionally be suspended during critical moments such as penalty kicks, red cards, or stoppages — this is normal and expected behavior.

8. Casino & Slots

The casino games and slots available on 288tt are provided by certified third-party companies such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Hacksaw Gaming, NoLimit City, Play'n GO, and others. Each game operates with an RTP (Return to Player) certified by independent auditors, available in the game's information sheet.

The following conditions apply to casino games and slots at 288tt:

• The outcomes of all games are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG), ensuring that no round is influenced by previous rounds or any human intervention.
• In the event of a technical failure during an active round, the bet will be refunded to the user's balance based on the game data recorded on the servers.
• Bets placed during connection interruptions are processed normally, provided they were confirmed before the outage — the full history is available under "My Bets".
• Live casino game results are final and cannot be disputed, except in cases of technical error documented by the 288tt system.

A 288tt does not manipulate game outcomes and has no financial interest in any specific result — operations are conducted with a house margin defined by each game's RTP, which is publicly available and verifiable.

9. Prohibited Conduct

To protect the integrity of the platform and all its users, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on 288tt:

• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one active account on the platform, even using different personal details.
• Betting Fraud: Attempting to manipulate outcomes, exploit odds errors, or unlawfully use inside information.
• Money Laundering: Using 288tt as a vehicle to conceal the origin of funds of any nature.
• Automation: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, request withdrawals, or perform any other action on the platform.
• Bonus abuse: Creating accounts solely to claim bonuses, using arbitrage betting strategies to meet rollover requirements without real risk, or any other form of promotional manipulation.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your account at 288tt.
• Document forgery: Submitting false or tampered documents during the identity verification process.
• Access by minors: Allowing anyone under 18 to access the platform using your account or personal details.

A 288tt actively monitors all activity on the platform through anti-fraud systems. Accounts found engaging in any of the conduct described above will be suspended immediately, balances may be held pending investigation, and in serious cases, the relevant authorities may be notified.

10. Limitation of Liability

A 288tt makes every reasonable effort to keep the platform available and fully operational 24 hours a day. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and accept no liability for:

• Temporary unavailability resulting from scheduled maintenance, third-party technical failures, or force majeure events.
• User connection losses during live betting — bets confirmed before the interruption remain valid.
• Betting decisions made by the user based on information from sources external to the platform.
• Casino and slots game results, which are determined by a certified RNG and are independent of any decision by 288tt.
• Unauthorized access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence with their credentials.

Under no circumstances shall 288tt will be liable for indirect, consequential damages, loss of profits, or special losses arising from use of the platform. Our maximum liability, in any case, is limited to the amount of the available balance in the user's account at the time of the incident.

11. Privacy & LGPD

The handling of personal data belonging to users of 288tt is conducted in compliance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018). The 288tt only collects the information strictly necessary to operate the platform, process financial transactions, and meet legal obligations.

12. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limit: Set a maximum amount for daily, weekly, or monthly deposits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require 7 days' prior notice.
• Session time control: Set alerts to receive a notification when you reach the play time limit you set for yourself.
• Temporary self-exclusion: Lock your account for periods ranging from 1 day to 6 months. During that period, no access is possible.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Close your account permanently and irreversibly.

13. Changes to These Terms

When significant changes are made, 288tt will notify users via their registered email and/or a prominent in-platform notice at least 7 days in advance for material changes. For minor updates, changes may be published without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform after new terms are published constitutes implied acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the new terms take effect.

14. Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at 288tt at any time through support or via the permanent self-exclusion settings. After closure, any available real balance (with all rollover conditions met) may be withdrawn via Pix.

A 288tt may also close or suspend accounts on its own initiative in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Determination by competent authorities.
• Extended account inactivity with no remaining balance.

In the event of closure due to a violation, 288tt reserves the right to withhold balances while the investigation is ongoing. If the violation is confirmed, balances may be cancelled. If the account is closed with no proven violation, real balances are returned in full.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of 288tt or the interpretation of this document shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Brazil.

In the event of any conflict between the Portuguese version of these terms and any translation that may be made available, the Brazilian Portuguese version shall prevail for all legal purposes.

A 288tt operates in compliance with applicable Brazilian legislation governing the betting and digital entertainment sector, including the provisions of Law No. 13,756/2018 and the regulations issued by the Ministry of Finance for the fixed-odds sports betting market in Brazil.
